Darlena Artisan Chocolates

Each chocolate is individually handcrafted with the purest and freshest ingredients available in small batches daily to deliver an unsurpassable and pleasurable experience.
Only pure-variety Noble Grade Cocoa beans are used in the milk and dark couvertures. This is the highest grade classification which denotes cocoa bean origins that are of the rarest in availabilty and compose some of the finest flavour beans in the world; one type accounts for only 3% of the total cocoa bean production. All couverture chocolate is imported from Switzerland.
Take note that each couverture is like tasting a fine wine; it allows you to discover unique "tannins" within each chocolate that creates a complex flavor profile to linger on your palate and awaken your senses.

Frontera

You’ve never stepped into a grill so energetic, so on the edge... so on the frontier... as Frontera Grill. Frontera swings casual, like an American grill. But it also rollicks with a vibrant, boisterous, Mexican rhythm. Its walls radiate sun-baked colors. The paintings and sculptures leap to your eyes and make you laugh. Together they invite you to an ever-young fiesta. And the food? Frontera Grill uses beautiful ingredients, often organic and custom-grown, to bring to you the bold flavors and immediate freshness that jump off the tongue–just as it does in Mexico.

Topolobampo was chosen by Esquire as one of the top new restaurants in America in 1991, and is the first ethnic restaurant to receive 4 stars (out of 4) from Chicago magazine. In 1999, Restaurants and Institutions honored it with another Ivy Award. The restaurants’ wine list has received the Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence since 1990. In 2001, Topolobampo was selected as one of America’s Top 5 Restaurants for Outstanding Service by the James Beard Foundation.
