For the Love of Chocolate Annual Gala a Success
Eight Students Recieve Scholarships to Attend The French Pastry School
Chicago, Illinois (February 9, 2009) - With the support of sponsors and guests, For the Love of Chocolate Foundation cleared over $30,000 for future pastry scholarships. The French Pastry School at City Colleges of Chicago, the host of the event, saw an attendance of over 400 people at their annual fundraiser, For the Love of Chocolate on Saturday, February 7, 2009.

On Television
TV segments aired the week prior to the event, on Chicago's CBS, ABC, and NBC and local news channel CLTV, were a key factor in enticing guests to attend. The French Pastry School chefs gave a few special guests a glimpse of what was in store for the guests — including chocolate body painting, chocolate sculpting, and a model in chocolate clothing.
